November 02 Trust HimWhat do you do when you are confronted and tempted by satan? Do you run or do you throw your arms up and just give in to that temptation? Or do you give it to the Lord and admit that you can’t do it and trust Him to bring you Through it? See we spend so much time thinking that we can handle it or get ourselves through the trial, tribulation, or temptation by ourselves and that we don’t need anyone. Unfortunately that is most of us, we don’t trust God to bring us out of our “lions den” like he did for Daniel (Daniel 6:16-23) or “out of the fire” like he did for Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego (Daniel 3:21-26), they trusted God with all their hearts and knew that God would deliver them. Now that’s faith! We never know what is coming our way but we can be sure of one thing… He is there with us to bring us through whatever it is that we are in, we just have to trust him and have faith that He will deliver us from that place we are in and put in that place He has designed for us.
I know how hard it is to do the right thing by God… So does He. He knows that we will fall short, miss the mark. But Romans 8:1 says “Therefore there is now no condemnation unto those in Christ Jesus” Now that is not a pass to whatever you want and think that it’s ok… “We should lay our lives down as a living sacrifice holy and pure unto Him” Romans 12:1.
How great is our God Who created the universe and everything we see, smell, taste, and feel, the One who gave you life and will bless His faithful. Jesus died on the cross for your sins and mine so we may have life more abundant through Him, not through ourselves, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13
Have Faith and Trust God and let Him show you wonder and bless you beyond measure. It is simple Just Believe that Jesus shed His blood, died, and Rose again on the third day to atone for all sins, for all of mankind, for you… And accept Him as your Lord and Savior in you heart and admit you’re a sinner and not perfect, that you need Him in your life and ask for forgiveness of your sins, to cleanse you, to come in to your life… In the Name of Jesus we pray Amen… TrackbacksThe trackback URL for this entry is: http://bendigado.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!73E4ED84E21FD8DF!617.trak Weblogs that reference this entry
